It can be incredibly hard to find the time and availability of Mental Health Professionals right now, the pandemic has affected us all with burnout, anxiety, depression and more. I strongly believe in making healthcare accessible for all, and with our current conditions, I knew my Team and I had the opportunity to help make a difference.
Our Monday Mental Wellness Group supports parents, grandparents, caregivers and adults who desire to develop and learn about additional strategies in dealing with mental health issues for themselves and their family members. Each Monday at 12:00 p.m. MT we introduce evidenced-based mind-body healing modalities to help develop resiliency and live life to the fullest. Myself and my team of Wellness Coaches provide “just-in-time,” education, coaching and the opportunity to ask any questions anonymously during the hour. The suggested donation is $50-$200.
